Sasha Capone

A Kahala native, Sasha grew up enjoying Oahu’s beautiful south shore as her playground. Hawaii has always been home, but Sasha was fortunate to spend her youth traveling to and from the east coast visiting her father’s family, as well as exploring many new states and countries along the way, allowing her a vast understanding of various cultures and meccas. Outside the office, you can find Sasha indulging in Hawaii’s finest restaurants, feeding her fashionista soul or fulfilling her salt water and sun cravings. With strong Hawaii roots and a formidable foundation, Sasha brings a positive, confident and grounded attitude to the table.

In 2007, Sasha earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from Chaminade University. There, she ranked among the Top Ten students in her graduating class, earning the prestigious honors of Summa Cum Laude.  Upon graduation, Sasha obtained her Life Insurance license and worked alongside her father at his financial planning business.

After several years working in the financial planning industry, Sasha endeavored to begin a career in real estate. In 2010, she joined Ohana Beach Rentals Hawaii as a luxury sales associate and quickly became the top selling agent at Oahu’s largest luxury rental company.  There she developed a keen sense for the vacation rental market, exceeding weekly sales goals and generating unprecedented rental income for her clients.  After two successful years, Sasha put her real estate career on hold and set forth to start her own venture.

Partnering with her mother, Sasha formed an online boutique called Beach Wahine. With inspiration from her beach filled childhood and love for fashion, Sasha used her sales skills to create a unique clothing and accessories shop focusing on local brands and island fashion.  Sasha’s keen sense of sales, marketing and social media has gained the boutique national and international recognition as it continues to provide local beach fashion to its many repeat customers globally.

Always knowing she would return to her real estate career, Sasha recently joined Elite Pacific Properties.  Now equipped with the experience of building a business from the ground up, Sasha is poised to enter back into the realm of luxury vacation rental management and sales.  She is eager and excited to take on new clients and build her real estate business at Elite.
