OAHU
KAILUA
A quaint, yet up and coming beach town on Oahu's east shore. Known for it's gorgeous stretch of white sand beaches and kid friendly waters. Days are mostly sunny with onshore prevailing trade winds. Kailua town is small, but home to many thriving cafe's boutiques and restaurants. Perfect for the family who enjoys outdoor ocean sports, bike riding and healthy living.
LANIKAI
Technically a neighborhood in Kailua, but it's own little sub-community nestled behind rolling hills and fronted by the world's most perfect beach. Lanikai's most iconic feature are the twin Mokulua Islands which sit just a half mile off shore. They are an absolutely stunning backdrop and create an unusually protected and calm shoreline. Slightly less windy than Kailua Beach, Lanikai is perfect for lounging on the beach, soaking up the sun and relaxing dips in the calm ocean.
PORTLOCK
Located in south east Oahu, Portlock is a desirable, affluent neighborhood known for it's luxurious estate homes with ocean views. Overlooking Maunalua Bay, Portlock offers a unique perspective facing west where spectacular sunsets over Diamond Head can be enjoyed each evening. Though Portlock itself has no sandy beach, the famous snorkeling paradise, Hanauma Bay, is just around the corner. Also conveniently nearby is Hawaii Kai Town Center and Koko Marina filled with shops, eateries, adventure tour companies and much more!
KAHALA
Oahu's most coveted strip of coastline! Close to Waikiki and downtown Honolulu, it is known as the home of the rich international businessman. It's south facing shores have soft and steady off-shore breezes with warm and balmy evenings. Part of Kahala (towards the Hotel) has a sandy beach, but the rest is patchy and slightly rocky. Kahala is ideal for those who wanting a luxurious residence close to Waikiki and Honolulu.
DIAMOND HEAD
Hawaii's most iconic landmark, also the name of one of Oahu's most lavish and interesting neighborhoods. Literally at the edge of Diamond Head Crater is a cluster of unique homes nestled on hilly streets, all with spectacular wrap-around ocean views. The closest neighborhood to Waikiki, epic surf, raging nightlife and an endless list of things to do are just a walk or bike ride away. This area is ideal for free-spirits in search of adventure!
KO OLINA
A Resort Community, set apart as it's own little oasis on Oahu's west side. Take your pick from Hotels, Condo-tels, Town homes or Golf Estates all offering 5-Star resort living! Lagoons manicured with coconut trees, hammocks and walking paths make up the beach frontage and offer a safe and relaxing place to swim when you're not hitting the water slides or community pools. NORTH SHORE
A popular beach community and famous destination for the most daring of big wave surfers, the North Shore on Oahu offers a beauty all it’s own.
