Designed in a clean and contemporary style, this immaculate estate includes an array of opulent furnishings & amenities among the lush tropical landscape overlooking the bright blue waters of the Pacific ocean for a truly dazzling Hawaiian vacation.
The grand entrance is adorned with the incredible double-staircase, and leads into the bright and spacious open-concept main room that includes the living, dining and kitchen areas as well as a central common space with 2 couches. All common rooms gaze out to the lanai and spectacular ocean views beyond. The living room is furnished with a large wraparound couch in front of a large mounted smart TV that hangs above the toasty fireplace. The gourmet kitchen comes with all stainless steel appliances, ample marble counter space, a large central island counter with guest seating, a wine cooler and an expansive wet bar for entertaining guests while cooking up some delicious culinary delicacies, and enjoy your meals at the formal indoor dining table that seats 8.
There is an additional family room with ample seating options, a piano & guitars, and a large smart television that is perfect for family movie nights. The wellness & fitness room comes with weights & exercise equipment for an in-home workout or yoga session and a small fridge for a cool post-workout drink. There is also a laundry room with an in-unit washer & dryer as well as a sink, a half-bath powder room, and ample driveway space for cars. The entire home comes with air conditioning for optimal temperature control and comfort.
The primary bedroom comes with a comfy king bed, smart TV, private lanai with ocean views, and a gorgeous & spacious private ensuite with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and relaxing soaking tub. The secondary primary bedroom has a queen bed, lanai with ocean views, and private ensuite with a dual vanity and shower. Guest bedroom 3 comes with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a desk area with a computer, and an ensuite with single vanity and walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 4 comes with a double bed, desk area with a computer, garden views, and ensuite with a single vanity and walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 5 has a queen bed, garden views and a private ensuite with a single vanity and walk-in shower. There is also a dedicated office room with a large desk, a large television and amazing ocean views to get work done at your home away from home.
