After having managed it, cared for it and sold it to dozens of rental customers, I will have expert knowledge of the property and know how to sell it to a prospective buyer. In fact, it can be actively listed on the market for sale at the same time we are vacation renting it and your best chance to sell it will be to someone who stays there and falls in love with it. If you choose to do this, it also will be much easier to have the same agent managing the rentals to be coordinating for sale showings.
